šHi Everyone and Welcome!
š¤I absolutely love to go on meditative nature walks!
š¤I love it so much that I wrote a book about it⦠āTake a Deep Breathā
(See more information below and an offer for a free gift!)
šBut first...
š³Taking the time to truly immerse yourself in nature is inspiring and healing.
š³Finding a quiet moment out of your busy schedule to be in nature is so important for your mind, body and spirit.
š³If your start spending more time in nature and make it a crucial part of your schedule, little by little, you will start to feel reconnected with the creative energy that lives within you and surrounds us all.
š¾While you are in nature...
šRemember to listen to the birds, the bugs, and the sounds of your footsteps as you walk.
šSee the different shades of green and the beauty all around you.
šTouch the leaves, the bark, and the rocks.
šFeel the different textures, soft, hard, smooth, and rough.
šSmell the flowers, trees, and plants.
šBreath in deeply and breathe out slowly.
šFeel the soothing rhythm of your own body.
šAllow the sense of calm to wash over you as you bask in the presence and grace of it all.
š6 of the best reasons to go on a nature walk
š»It boosts your creative energy levels!
-Fresh air reawakens your brain. Keep your attention focused as you walk in nature. This is one way to bring your awareness to the present moment.
š»Reconnecting with nature reduces stress and is great for your immune system.
-It can lower concentrations of cortisol, lower pulse rate and blood pressure.
š»It lifts your spirits!
-Walking in nature, in the peace and quiet tranquility of it all, in some cases, can help with mild to moderate depression.
š»We receive beneficial effects from being around trees.
-Trees naturally produce the oxygen we breathe and sequester the carbon dioxide to help protect our atmosphere.
š»Walking on tree lined paths can create the calmness needed for reflection.
-Itās in this calm, quiet reflective state that creativity can flourish.
š»Itās free!
-Some may argue that it costs time to be in nature, but I say, that is time well spent because the benefits of being in nature are enormous compared to the latter.
